Neighborhood
The Fan District is one of the most interesting areas in Richmond because of its unique architecture, restaurants, and local shops. Named for the fan-like layout of its streets, it runs westward from Belvedere Street, near Monroe Park, ending on the eastern side of the Boulevard. Predominantly a residential area, the Fan is a fun place to wander and admire the many styles of architecture from the mid-late 19th century, including Italianate, Queen Anne, Richardsonian Romanesque, and Colonial Revival. Homeowners in The Fan have entertainment at their fingertips with walkable parks, restaurants, and museums
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire home. We will send you the access code by messenger with the entry instructions prior to your arrival. The host is available 24hrs if you have any questions or inquiries. Please note that this main home is part of a building with two additional and completely separate apartments. The back deck and patio spaces are shared between all guests, providing a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow travelers and enjoy the outdoor amenities together.
