We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see, yet quiet in the evenings. The space was cozy and inviting. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Josh was awesome—super responsive, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The loft was beautiful! It had everything you could possibly need if you may have forgotten something. It was clean and well kept. Well book again if I’m back in the area.

We loved our stay in Richmond, the house was beautiful and the neighborhood was adorable. Parking on the street was easy. We didn't need to utilize the parking space off the alley, but it was nice to know it was there. The coffee bar area was well stocked, which was nice since that can be hit or miss at rentals sometimes. That said, we also really loved being able to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants easily. We were thrilled with both the house itself and the location.

Josh was ultra-responsive, and extremely helpful. Our family needed a space quickly, and he not only provided the perfect solution, but also worked with us for an additional stay at a second property. Phenomenal experience!

This beautifully decorated home was perfect for our weekend stay. A convenient ride from the airport, walkable to Carytown and a quick trip to most other locations around RVA, the location couldn't have been better for us and comfortably slept and showered our group of 6. The well-appointed kitchen and dining room worked out especially well for our private chef dinner. The only downside was that we didn't get to use the fire pit as it rained during our stay. Josh was exceptionally responsive and provided clear instructions for entry, check-in and check-out. Would absolutely stay again on a future Richmond visit - great for a small group or family.

Josh’s place was absolutely stunning & he was very accommodating! The area is perfect, lots to do & the house looks exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great host as well!

A beautiful home and just as described and photographed! I booked this adorable home for an extended 18 day stay for my parents while they had work done on their house. They were so happy and felt right at home! They especially enjoyed the easy walking distance to local shops and the quiet side porch. Josh was very communicative and went above board in making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend!!

This super cozy and cute little house is a real gem. It’s perfect if you’re in Richmond for business or vacation. The neighborhood is great, and it’s quiet. There’s fantastic restaurants and one of the best coffee shops walking distance away. And the hosts are super nice, friendly and really responsive. Comfy bed, great quirky decor and well appointed. There’s even a house banjo, which was so fun to pick. And the book selection is great - I discovered a new author so thank you :) This was a great place to stay, we really enjoyed it.
